1. Work is generally accurate |
To be rated satisfactory in this factor, employee must achieve accuracy
of at least 91.6%
in all case types. Supervisors will evaluate accuracy and developmental
practices based on an end of line review of not less than 10 cases per
month per staff member, counting concurrent cases as one case. Although
errors in all areas will be identified and corrected, only SPAR-type
errors as outlined in POMS section DI 30005.121 will be counted in
computing accuracy
Below is the approved language:
To be rated satisfactory in this factor, employees accuracy in all case
types should reasonably approximate the average PC accuracy for that
period. The analyst’s accuracy is determined from a sample of
approximately 75-80 high Risk Cases and CQA's sampling, counting
concurrent cases as one case. Although errors in all areas will be
identified and corrected, only Group I Deficiency type errors as outlined
in POMS section DI 30005.121 will be counted in computing accuracy. |

2. Developmental Practices

|
To be rated satisfactory in this factor, an employee must relate well
to claimants, the medical community, the general public and in-house
staff, demonstrating good service attitude toward claimants.

6. To be rated satisfactory in this category, an employee must: |

A. Prepare physical and mental functional capacity assessment forms (PRTF,
MRFC) in an accurate, detailed and programmatic manner. |

B. Hold claimant conferences via telephone or in person in a
tactful and sensitive manner, explaining the process and definitions,
insuring all appropriate and available information is obtained. |

C. Prepare case rationales in sufficient detail to appropriately
support the decision. |

D. Act as a single decision maker, utilize medical consultant staff as
needed and required by statute
