PEF received official notification on Monday, October 29 that the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) came to a tentative contract agreement with the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations (GOER). PEF leaders are still waiting more of the details and will meet with GOER negotiators on Wednesday, October 31 and Thursday, November 1.
