1. Microfocus/ACP Enhancement Status (Ryan/Kriner)

Moving forward with imbedding MSWord into ACP; prototype expected in about 3 weeks.

2. ACP/EDCS Interface Approach and Status (Serpico)

Testing has begun. Rollout expected in November.

3. Forms Workgroup: currently being developed

Speech and Language Questionnaire to Practitioner being developed by Tom Malvey’s office

4. ACP/RC Data Exchange (DF 30) Pilot Status (Jensen/Kriner)

Pilot continues in region 5

5. Management Reporting Database (Serpico/Operations)

Implementation expected in January.

6. CE Report Archive Access Status (Jensen/Serpico/Adams)

· Continues to be worked on. So far Fiscal 03 moved to back up server and Central Fiscal given access to it.

7. New Proposals

Questionnaires to claimant (headaches, seizures and asthma) approved for inclusion in ACP.

Headache Questionnaire to Practitioner approved for inclusion in ACP

· Add question to forms addressing Duration/Prognosis, not a SAC issue; refer to Tom Malvey’s office.

· Restrict ACP manual follow up dates to 90 days from current date, approved as an ACP change.

· Re-enabling the claimant contact letter to send out a form and ask for a call-in letter approved as an ACP change.

· Adding a field for telephone extensions on the ACP screens in the representative area and on the treating source screen approved for inclusion in ACP.
