1. Microfocus/ACP Enhancement Status and
Demonstration (Ryan)
Paul Ryan demonstrated proposed word
processing in ACP. Similar to the text injector. Working on installing this
in each of the ACP forms before implementation.
2. ACP/EDCS Interface Approach and Status (Serpico)
· Now have approach and method ironed
out. Specs written and forwarded to developers. February implementation seen
for intake process.
· E-DIB status: Mississippi DDS sent
team to Virginia DDS to recommend process improvements. Utah’s startup
delayed per SSA letter.
3. CTI Toll-free incoming calls: process of
identifying which analyst gets the call is 85% successfully automated. 15%
still need manual transfers. Identified via telephone number of claimant. Also
useful identifying claimant’s correct telephone number.
4. Faxing Usage (Serpico)
· Reminder to use ACP when faxing
forms to treating sources. PC4 hovers around 17% of all faxes are via Xerox.
5. Case Tracking & Statistical Reporting
System (Jensen)
